NAF, RTX, and Verizon are working to inspire and enable the next generation of young people seeking exciting engineering careers by celebrating Black engineers during this panel discussion. Each year, the US needs about 400,000 new engineers. While Black or African-Americans represent 14% of the US population, they represent only 9% of new engineering degrees every year. Join us to learn about their stories, hear their tips, and celebrate their success.
